This property has been a labour of love — not just for the owners, but for us at Showcase Plastics too.
Over the course of several years, we’ve had the privilege of playing a key role in its remarkable transformation. What began with strategic upgrades has now reached its final stages, and we couldn’t be prouder to see it all come together.
The latest phase of work saw the installation of premium aluminium windows and bi-fold doors, bringing the final aesthetic and energy-efficient upgrades needed to complete this stunning home. These finishing touches mark the end of a carefully planned and beautifully executed transformation, with every detail now working in harmony.
Throughout the years, we’ve approached this project in thoughtful, well-timed phases — carefully replacing, updating, and enhancing each element with precision.
Most recently, we completed the installation of fascia, soffits, guttering and black Aluminium windows and doors to the garage section of the property, ensuring clean lines and long-term durability. From there, attention turned to the remaining brown uPVC windows and Bi-Fold Door between the kitchen & outside – the last in the property – which stood out against the otherwise modern aesthetic.
These were expertly removed and replaced with sleek, black aluminium frames to match the rest of the house. The crowning glory was the fitting of aluminium bi-folding doors, opening up the kitchen space and connecting indoors to outdoors with elegance and ease. As with all our work, everything was made to measure, professionally installed, and finished to the highest standard.
The transformation is simply breathtaking.
What was once a mix of older elements and updated features is now a fully unified, modern, and stylish property. The black aluminium windows and bi-fold doors create symmetry and sophistication, while enhancing natural light and energy efficiency. The home now reflects the original vision set out by the owners — and we’re proud to have been a part of that journey every step of the way.
