Showcase Plastics is an independent building plastics and home improvement supplier based in Maldon, Essex.
We believe that every project – big or small – deserves the highest standards of quality, expertise and care.
Showcase Plastics is a trade and DIY supplier of building plastics, roofline products, wall panels, cladding and glazing, based at Unit 6, Heybridge Industrial Estate, The Causeway, Maldon, Essex CM9 4XL.
We supply homeowners, landlords, builders and tradespeople across Essex and the London borders — including Maldon, Heybridge, Chelmsford, Colchester, Witham, Braintree, Burnham-on-Crouch, South Woodham Ferrers, Billericay, Basildon, Rayleigh, Southend and Romford, and the wider CM, CO, SS, RM and IG postcode areas.
Whether you need uPVC fascia and soffit, guttering, shower and wall panels, acoustic slat panels, cladding or replacement glass, you can collect from our Maldon counter, request delivery, or ask about supply and fit.
The business began over 20 years ago as a family-run windows and doors company, built on straightforward advice and reliable supply. In 2019, Showcase Plastics was created as demand grew for building plastics, roofline and interior panels alongside glazing.
In 2025 we expanded the online side of the business so trade and DIY customers can browse stock and request estimates around the clock.
What has not changed is the counter culture: see the board or panel before you buy, get honest guidance on profile and colour, and deal with people who know the difference between a 9mm capover fascia and a 16mm replacement board.
Roofline
uPVC fascia boards (square and bullnose, 9mm and 16mm), soffit boards (plain, hollow and vented), bargeboards, gutter systems (half-round, deep flow, ogee) and matching trims and fixings.
Shower, wall and ceiling panels
PVC wet-room and feature panels — including Neptune-style tongue-and-groove boards in gloss, matt, marble, wood and metallic décors — plus ceiling panels and trims.
Zest acoustic slat wall panels in finishes such as Oiled Oak, Contemporary Oak, Washed Oak and Ash Grey, for internal feature walls and echo control (not for showers).
uPVC and composite cladding, replacement glass and glazing supplies, plus ancillaries to finish the job.
We work with trusted ranges and brands used across the trade, including names such as Swish, Liniar, Zest and NatureClad where stocked for the relevant product lines.

Trade and DIY
Trade — collection of long lengths, pack ordering, estimates timed around site work, and a counter that understands job lists.
DIY — bring a photo of the existing fascia, soffit or bathroom wall; we will help match thickness, profile and colour and count boards and trims.
Supply & fit — happy to supply only, or to quote installation on suitable jobs across our coverage area. See Areas we cover.

Independent, local, and focused on getting the specification right first time.
We do not pretend every product suits every job. If a dry feature panel is wrong for a shower, or a 9mm board is wrong for rotten rafters, we will say so.
That is why trade and DIY customers across Essex choose Showcase Plastics Maldon for fascia, soffit and wall panels.
