This 16mm bullnose replacement fascia is a solid uPVC fascia board in 5 metre lengths, with a rounded (bullnose) bottom edge. It is made to fix directly to rafter ends after the old timber fascia has been removed — or on new work where there is no timber to cap over.
Use a 16mm bullnose replacement fascia when you need a structural replacement board, not a thin cover. At 16mm it can take gutter brackets through the board into the rafters. The bullnose profile gives a softer eaves line than square-edge fascia.
If the existing timber is still sound and you only want a new face, use our 9mm bullnose window board / fascia as a capover. If you want a sharp modern edge instead of rounded, use the 16mm square replacement fascia.

The fascia finishes the rafter ends, carries the gutter and closes the eaves. Timber fascia fails with paint and rot. A 16mm bullnose replacement fascia removes that cycle and presents a rounded edge instead of a square cut.
On gables the same 5m board can run as a bargeboard. Joints and corners should be the matching bullnose trims so the radius continues around the house.
